Responsibilities

Lead hands‑on merchandising: keep shelves stocked, properly priced, rotated, and beautifully presented

Assist with team building: help hire, train, schedule, and guide department staff in customer service excellence

Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards in line with health guidelines

Support inventory management: help manage ordering, receiving, tracking, back-room organization including unsellables

Coordinate special department promotions, seasonal displays, and visual merchandising strategies

Contribute to sales-floor staffing and float to cover breaks or peak periods

Share product knowledge, updates, and policy changes with your team

Help achieve departmental labor, sales, and margin objectives

Participate in inventory counts and reporting
