Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone
Retrieving and responding to voicemails
Filing paperwork, data entry, and archiving files
Assisting walk-in students
Creating and monitoring social media posts
Participating and assisting in campus events
Creating student and staff ID cards
Posting and taking down flyers
Attending student government meetings as needed
Participating in campus wide committees and events
Assisting with leadership program promotions
Other office related duties as assigned

Required

Must have completed this year's FAFSA
Must have accepted the Student Employment Award in their Financial Aid Package
