Responsibilities
Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions
Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality control and process improvement efforts
Create and refine CAD models for manufacturing designs and layout planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling
Analyze statistical data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements
Evaluate and integrate automation technologies to streamline manufacturing operations
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in manufacturing processes
Lead projects focused on cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
Experience with Six Sigma or other quality control methods
Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling purposes
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools
Familiarity with material science principles and their applications in manufacturing
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
