Responsibilities
Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within the defined timelines
Under supervision of manager or engineer perform engineering assignments associated with various engineering lab activities. Monitor progress, comply with quality, schedule requirements, and maintain detailed logs and records
Use computer programs to perform various engineering operations, conduct analyses and provide related data and information. Compile and assimilate data from various sources, conduct relatively routine operations and tests, prepare reports, and develop graphics for presentations
Troubleshoot and resolve routine problems and assist in resolving more complex issues
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering in the United States
Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality
Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
