Aditi Consulting is looking for a SIC Manager to join their team. This role will support experiential components to meet customer meeting goals and requires a self-starter who can manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the success of high-quality briefings involving key customers & prospects

Serve as a primary contact and consultant to sales teams; provide total guidance and properly manage priorities/expectations at every stage of briefing lifecycle

Align with account team to gain deeper understanding of meeting objectives/goals

Support sales teams with customer meeting logistics and experiential components of the engagement

Provide executive-level presence and hospitality for customers and internal discussion leaders from arrival to departure

Own experiential components for customer meetings. This includes culinary reservations onsite with our partner teams, volunteer activations & enhanced meetings experiences, etc

Create meeting assets and set up conference rooms to be customer-ready with printed materials and any additional equipment needed for the meeting

Greet Company executives & customers upon arrival to the Company and manage all front of house operations

Input meeting data into Company. This includes all logistics, meeting costs, customer attendees, discussion leaders, etc

Keep the floor organized and assist with all real estate, operational and Agent force projects

Required

Functional project management experience - strong track record of driving simultaneous projects and multiple initiatives from concept to completion

Superior customer service - passion for delivering the best customer experience possible

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively

Exceptional team player with a passion for learning

Customer service, events or hospitality experience

Proficiency in Google Mail, Google Calendar and Slack

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented

Ability to be onsite at the NYC SIC up to 5 days a week

Experience with Company technology
