Commercial Real Estate Analyst
Bridge is a fintech company seeking a hands-on analytical Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support underwriting and credit workflows. The role involves building and analyzing financial models and market data to inform financing decisions, while collaborating closely with the CRE team.

Responsibilities
Underwrite commercial real estate deals with extreme comfort across permanent, transitional/bridge, and construction financing opportunities
Build, audit, and maintain detailed (Excel) models to analyze historical cash flows, forward projections, renovation & construction budgets
Prepare credit memos (Word/PowerPoint/PDF) that incorporate financial models, along with market data and recommended financial structures
Coordinate due diligence checklists; manage data rooms; track deliverables with internal and external stakeholders (clients, lenders, counsel, servicers)
Support term sheet drafting, covenant design, and closing documentation in partnership with legal and capital markets
Maintain comparables, cap rate/yield benchmarks, expense ratios, and supply/demand datasets for target MSAs
Partner with Product/Data to refine underwriting templates and reporting; help QA new tool and analytics
Work with Partnerships/Sales to scope new opportunities and ensure seamless handoff from origination to credit
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance, ideally Hospitality sector involving debt, equity, management, or investment sales
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel for financial modeling (P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting, STR Reports, Debt Sizing, Equity Waterfalls, Market Trends/Analysis) and Word/PowerPoint for deal memorandums
Strong grasp of credit fundamentals (DSCR/DY, LTV/LTC, covenants, collateral)
Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex analyses into crisp, decision-ready materials
Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable; thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where strategic thinking and tactical execution go hand in hand
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
