Digital Experience Merchandising Associate Manager – Sonic

The Digital Experience Merchandising Associate Manager will support eCommerce performance and enhance the digital customer experience by executing strategies, coordinating content planning, and optimizing initiatives across app and web platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of eCommerce strategies, including content updates, promotions, and feature optimizations
Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of owned eCommerce content to align with brand objectives and business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of eCommerce initiatives
Support seamless menu releases and UAT of all new menu items and merchandising
Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, check size, and CSAT
Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure seamless user experiences across app and web platforms
Support the implementation of enhancements to guest-facing and business-enabling features
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, IT, and product teams, to coordinate efforts and maintain alignment
Partner with in-house content teams to build imagery and creative constructs for app and web experiences
Project manage the content team to ensure deliverables, specs, and timelines are met
Provide regular updates to the eCommerce Manager or Senior Manager on project progress, challenges, and results
Participate in test-and-learn initiatives to optimize eCommerce strategies and performance
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
1 -2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or related fields
Familiarity with mobile and web-based eCommerce platforms and tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and resourceful approach
A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Availability to travel up to 10%

Preferred

Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
