Responsibilities

Conduct deep spend analysis to identify core suppliers and rationalize tail spend

Consolidate categories toward top 3–5 strategic suppliers

Build local supply chains to support site-level production

Develop and present category strategies within 12 months

Drive cost-savings initiatives and expand net payment terms beyond current norms

Become the bridge between the Sparks site and the global procurement ecosystem

Decode local processes at pace and translate them into global context

Support active projects at the site and report on current practices

Establish foundational understanding of Via’s supply base, systems, and operational rhythm

Build, finalize, and present category strategies for your assigned categories

Identify and drive high-value cost-reduction initiatives

Improve cost leverage through supplier consolidation

Support new product development launches with strategic sourcing intelligence

Contribute to the transformation of a fragmented procurement landscape into a unified, scalable model
