Responsibilities
Own overall SAP Analytics data architecture, integration, and modelling strategy
Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
Design and implement data flows between S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAC, and other platforms . Good understanding of POSDM functional area in Retaill
Lead the technical design of CDS views, OData services, and hybrid modelling (BW & SAP Analytics Cloud)
Define release management processes for analytics objects, transports, and CI/CD pipelines
Mentor technical teams and review deliverables for performance, scalability, and security compliance
Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
10+ years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA, Data Warehouse, or SAP Analytics architecture
Strong expertise in SAC, BW modelling, ABAP for data extraction/enhancements
Deep understanding of data integration tools (SLT, SDI, BODS) and non-SAP connectors
Hands-on with release/change management tools (ChaRM, Solution Manager, CTS+)
Familiarity with cloud data lakes (Azure, AWS, GCP) and security best practices
Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment
Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
US Citizenship
The ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance is required for this role
