Responsibilities
Facilitate client meetings, process/design workshops, user acceptance test sessions, and weekly status updates
Compile and monitor project metrics, and develop project deliverables
Collaborate with clients, third-party vendors, and EAG team members to identify and document desired functionality, business requirements, and supporting processes
Develop and maintain comprehensive project and communication plans
Support and nurture client relationships, addressing questions, issues, and roadblocks in a timely manner
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs
Lead various phases of the project through to successful completion
Qualification
Required
4+ years of consulting experience or business analyst experience in the oil and gas industry
4+ years of energy industry experience, including working knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Revenue Accounting, Production Accounting, Well Data and Drilling, Land Management, or Midstream
4+ years of system implementation experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience with data cleansing and/or conversion
Proficient in report design/development, testing, and defect resolution
Experience with integration design and development
Strong background in business requirements gathering and system testing
Proven ability to deliver end-user training
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8 hours or more) in an office environment
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Ability to understand and deliver instructions in multiple formats, including written and verbal
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 10 pounds as needed
Capability to interpret a range of instructions presented in various formats (written, verbal, diagram, or schedule)
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively
Comfortable with shifting priorities and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Aptitude to learn new technology, products, and concepts
Must be based in Houston, Texas
