6+ years expTential Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer & Architect to lead the development and architecture of their web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will build a scalable application that connects advertisers with influencers and enhance functionality through integration with major social media tools.

Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, high-performance web and mobile-first applications using React, ensuring a seamless and dynamic user experience
Develop both frontend and backend components, working with modern web technologies, databases, and server-side frameworks
Develop and support integrations with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads) and platform tools (Hubspot for CRM, LogRocket for data analytics, AWS for cloud hosting)
Implement features and functionalities that support custom content creation and management, enhancing the interaction between advertisers and influencers
Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, lead code reviews, and enforce best practices in software development
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and address complex technical challenges
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience (6+ years) in developing and architecting React applications, with a strong understanding of React hooks, state management, and component design
Proven experience with both frontend and backend development, including knowledge of server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform, AppSync, and DynamoDB), databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and API design
Proven experience with integrating third-party APIs and services, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads) and platforms like Hubspot, LogRocket, and AWS
Experience in building mobile-first and responsive web applications, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in software development
Strong skills in optimizing application performance, including techniques for improving load times and scalability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues
Preferred
In-depth knowledge of React.js, including modern features and best practices
Experience with backend frameworks and technologies, such as Node.js, technologies such as AWS CDK, Terraform, AppSync, and DynamoDB, or similar, and understanding of server-side rendering (SSR)
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and optimization
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and applying this knowledge to drive platform innovation
