Responsibilities

Generate new business pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industry trends in higher education
Qualify leads and assess their potential to become a Gray DI client
Schedule discovery meetings and demonstrations for RVPs
Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to develop and implement effective prospecting strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
Stay informed about Gray DI’s products, services, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
Report on weekly and monthly sales results and progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required

2-5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or in a similar sales role, with a strong track record of success
Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is required
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
A natural curiosity and the desire to continuously learn and improve
The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis
