They are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain cleanliness and the smooth operation of their building and grounds, including managing supplies and coordinating with service vendors.
Education
Responsibilities
Maintain, order and replenish supplies throughout the building such as: break room, pantry room, vending machines, snack carts, as well as supply room and copy rooms
Process office waste and recyclables
Monitor building supply levels and manage storage spaces
Assist in monitoring and managing building systems
Coordinate with service vendors and act as on-site POC
Perform local errands - store runs, transporting equipment for service, shipping, etc
Maintain demo equipment inventory and manage asset system
Prepare equipment for marketing events, coordinate delivery and setup as well as act as on-site POC for local events
Perform minor building repairs and preventative maintenance tasks, as needed
Additional warehouse and delivery activities (pick/pack, load, drive, deliver), as determined by manager
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of facilities coordinator experience in an office setting
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to operate a forklift, drive cargo vans and box trucks as needed
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong organizational and time-management skills
Detail oriented, self-starter with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while working independently
Proactive attitude with a solid commitment to ensure building upkeep
