Responsibilities

Serve the atmosphere furnaces and aluminum brazing (CAB) lines acting as the primary internal and external point of contact for the sales team
Build a deep understanding of the customer experience
Develop strategies to improve the customer experience and grow market share, including marketing campaigns, pricing modifications, and supply chain optimization
Manage the full sales cycle: solicit leads and inquiries, understand customer goals, assist in technical application, and negotiate final prices and terms
Act as the customer liaison and, as necessary, Project Team Leader from purchase order acknowledgement through equipment acceptance (on-time, on-budget, and on-spec)
Develop name recognition for the company by participating in seminars, trade shows, and industry events, including presenting technology papers
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and value propositions to maintain a competitive edge

Required

Proven sales experience in the thermal processing industry or 5+ years of proven industrial sales experience
Strong aptitude to succeed in a technical and relationship-driven business
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization, taking direction and leading others across various functions
Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events
Knowledge of actionable market segmentation and analysis
Self-directed and organized with the ability to work independently
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to energize teams
Ability to meet physical demands, including walking industrial floors and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
