Senior Account Executive
PrismHR is seeking a results-focused Senior Account Executive (SAE) to drive significant revenue growth within the Large Enterprise segment. The role involves strategic sales leadership, managing top accounts, and achieving ambitious new business targets through solution selling and account orchestration.
Responsibilities
Responsible for driving sales and exceeding revenue targets by value-selling complex network solutions to qualified/targeted Large Enterprise prospects
Manage an assigned base of top strategic accounts
Orchestrate and execute comprehensive strategies to ensure high-volume sales, increased revenue potential, and identification of new opportunities within these key relationships
Expected to maintain a minimum of 5x your target quota in the sales pipeline, utilizing Salesforce to document opportunities, track activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts
Apply a deep understanding of solution selling and the business acumen required to sell to all levels of decision-makers, including C-Level executives
Work collaboratively with sales leadership to build an up-market strategy and provide detailed account plans to align with overall company objectives
Evangelize our unique value in the marketplace by demonstrating a deep awareness of the competitive landscape, communicating to your professional network, and building brand awareness in the community
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in technology or telecommunications, with a documented track record of driving net new business growth and consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
Proficient in leading negotiations, handling complex objections, and crafting compelling, win-win proposals to ensure timely deal closure
Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and offer tailored fiber solutions
Valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the availability for frequent travel
Candidates must be located in reasonable, commutable proximity to the Charlotte, NC job area
