Territory Manager - Essex and Passaic Counties (NJ)
Slice is a company dedicated to helping independent pizzerias become more profitable through an integrated technology stack and marketing services. They are seeking a Territory Manager to build relationships with local pizza shop owners, helping them maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership and drive profitability. This role involves full-cycle outside sales, requiring travel to meet with shop owners in Essex and Passaic Counties, NJ.

Responsibilities
Acquiring new pizzerias and expanding relationships with existing partners
Helping every shop maximize the benefits of Slice’s Family Membership
Meeting shop owners in-person to identify their most pressing needs and introduce them to the right solutions
Qualification
Required
Must be located within Essex and Passaic Counties (NJ) area
Valid driver's license
Vehicle for local travel
Passionate about pizza, entrepreneurs, and Slice
Curious about how everything works and how they can improve it
Loves ambiguity, change, and intensity that comes with working at a start-up
Obsessed with their own performance and how to get better in every aspect of their job
Sees feedback as a gift and loves being coached
Wants to be the best and puts in the work – on their own & alongside the team to make that happen
Preferred
Experience in sales, pizza, or technology is not required but valued
