Privacy-AI Attorney
Texas Instruments is seeking a highly motivated Privacy-AI Attorney to join their Law Department. This role involves providing legal advice and guidance on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, while supporting a global semiconductor business.

Responsibilities
Provide legal guidance to global, cross-functional privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence teams within TI
Advise on external terms and conditions as well as internal policies and procedures
Track, analyze, and proactively communicate new laws and regulations globally
Provide legal advice on related legal and regulatory changes, including coordinating with stakeholders to assess impact to TI
Support investigations and responses relating to data breaches and security events
Review agreements for related compliance
Prepare a variety of written communications such as legal updates
Maintain strong communications channels between relevant internal teams
Some domestic and occasional international travel required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence
Strong understanding of related global regulations and laws
Excellent communication skills
Ability to effectively work with stakeholders on compliance issues
Law degree
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Some domestic and occasional international travel required
