Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on regulatory regimes, environmental policy, and project finance structures
Draft, review, and organize contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents
Support compliance programs and help track evolving legal requirements
Contribute to improving internal processes, developing templates, and strengthening legal workflows
Collaborate with teams across the company to help address legal issues related to development, operations, and corporate initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently a 1L student at an ABA-accredited law school
3.5 GPA or higher
Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, environmental law, energy policy, or corporate law
Strong research, writing, and communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
