Quality and Compliance Coodrinator
High Point & Affiliated Organizations is seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to oversee quality management activities. The role involves conducting data management, identifying quality improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
Conducts data management activities for the CBHC’s quality assessment report
Proactively identifies areas for quality improvement
Proposes quality improvement initiatives to the COO for review and approval
Performs tasks related to process design and improvement initiatives, data collection, analysis and reporting
Plans and facilitates compliance audits, continuous quality improvement (CQI) projects, and failure mode analyses in collaboration with program site leadership
Collaboration with program leadership in engaging in the agency Quality Assessment Reporting
Maintains working knowledge of Joint Commission standards, DMH, DPH, and other applicable regulatory standards in behavioral healthcare settings
Participates in quality mock site visits in preparation for program licensing and accreditation
Completes quality documentation audits, evaluation of flow of information entered into the EHR, and audits related to regulations and program specifications
Travels between High Point programs and sites as required
Attends committee meetings as assigned
Maintains accurate accounts of data management
Assistance with staff training activities, including but not limited to: CPI Certified Trainer, specific training topics presented to programs
Monitoring compliance with regulatory reporting at the program sites
Assistance with policy workflows as requested
Other duties as Assigned By The COO
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services, health care field, management, data analytics or business
Strong Computer Skills And Knowledge Of Microsoft Office Applications
Experience creating detailed reports and presenting information in a clear, concise manner
Presents as courteous and professional at all times
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in a logical and clear fashion
Demonstrates strong organization and time management skills
Works with others in a cooperative and collaborative manner
Demonstrates an understanding of the relationship between substance use and mental health issues
Complies with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Substance Use Disorder Policy and HIPAA Regulations
Preferred
Experience working in a healthcare related field
Experience working in an organization that addresses mental health and/or substance use services
Experience in leading individual and group trainings
