Mid LevelKeyper Company is seeking a Vertical Video Producer who is fast, fearless, and obsessed with creating engaging content for Gen-Z. The role involves overseeing the entire production pipeline, from pre-production planning to on-set leadership, ensuring that videos are delivered on time and resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities
Lead all pre-production: creative planning, location scouting, logistics, and art direction
Work directly with the Director and creative team to shape ideas that match vision and vibe
Lock in locations, props, talent, and assets ahead of time so shoot days are smooth, fast, and fire
Run scheduling, vendor communication, and talent coordination like a pro
Spot issues early and fix them before they ever become problems
Coordinate crew, gear, timing, and movement to keep shoots running at full speed
Keep energy high, deadlines tight, and outcomes consistently viral-ready
Troubleshoot instantly to prevent delays
Guide on-set creative choices so everything fits vertical trends and viral formats
Own every logistical detail: schedules, props, talent, locations, and more
Make smart, fast decisions when production throws curveballs
Deliver top-quality, on-time content every single week
Consistently deliver 3 vertical short-form videos per week, on or ahead of schedule
Each video hits a minimum of 10M views with our Gen-Z audience within 30 days
Shoots run smoothly, content performs, and the team trusts you to execute flawlessly
Qualification
Required
Experience in vertical video production
Ability to thrive in high-speed environments
Understanding of social media trends, especially for Gen-Z
Full ownership of the production pipeline from idea to upload
Experience in creative planning, location scouting, logistics, and art direction
Ability to work directly with the Director and creative team
Strong scheduling, vendor communication, and talent coordination skills
Ability to spot and fix issues early
Experience coordinating crew, gear, timing, and movement on set
Ability to maintain high energy and meet tight deadlines
Experience troubleshooting production delays
Ability to guide on-set creative choices for vertical trends
Strong decision-making skills in logistics
Ability to deliver top-quality content on time
Ability to consistently deliver 3 vertical short-form videos per week
Ability to achieve a minimum of 10M views per video within 30 days
Strong trust and execution skills within a team
