Responsibilities
Own, maintain, and communicate the product delivery roadmap across multiple software initiatives
Drive alignment between product management, engineering, QA, and business functions
Track progress against milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Manage and coordinate delivery across globally distributed teams in multiple time zones
Foster collaboration and clear communication between teams and stakeholders across regions
Adapt delivery processes to accommodate distributed development models
Establish delivery visibility through regular reporting, dashboards, and reviews
Communicate delivery progress, key decisions, and risks to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Serve as the central point of contact for all delivery-related topics
Oversee and continuously improve agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) across teams
Facilitate key agile ceremonies, planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed
Coach teams to enhance delivery predictability, quality, and collaboration
Identify and manage cross-stream dependencies and potential bottlenecks
Proactively monitor delivery risks and issues, driving timely mitigation and resolution
Maintain delivery confidence through proactive planning and stakeholder alignment
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or technical project management, ideally in a software product or SaaS environment
Proven success managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and globally distributed teams
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
Proficiency with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project, Smartsheet, or Aha
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
