They are seeking a Sr. Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, manage firm databases, and support trial preparation and organization.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation: discovery, trial prep

Manage firm databases (MS Word & Excel, Relativity, Best Authority, LEXIS/Westlaw; PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, CaseNotebook)

Organize document productions: redaction, duplication, indexing, privilege logs, correspondence files

Create/maintain internal case databases; run searches and curate relevant materials

Coordinate depositions and hearings: prep documents, manage transcripts, exhibits, logistics, order transcripts

Support preparation of briefs, memoranda, and exhibits: cite-checking, Bluebooking, prepping Tables of Contents & Authorities, proofreading, and filing in State/Federal courts

Liaise with firm resources, outside agencies, vendors

Assist during trials: trial setup, exhibit marking/handling, courtroom support, witness prep, liaison with staff

Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university with strong academic record
