Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, performs various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and tracking treatment plans
Provides dental case management and client education on proper oral hygiene practices such as brushing and flossing
Supports clients with appointment reminders, transportation coordination, and ensuring compliance with treatment plans
Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED and six (6) months of experience in a dental setting
Vocational/Technical degree in dental assisting from an accredited college
Preferred
Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental software
Experience in digital x-rays and intraoral camera
Knowledge of sterilization procedures for dental clinics in Georgia
Experience in computer data entry and record keeping
Knowledge of treatment planning for dental patients

Employees may utilize up to 30 minutes per workday for wellness activities, which can be taken as two 15-minute breaks or one 30-minute break.
