Advise disruptive companies and the investors that fund them

Counsel and advise venture-backed companies on general corporate matters through their growth cycle, including venture capital financings and liquidity events

Qualification

Required

3rd-5th year associate

Extensive experience involving early-stage and growth-stage companies

Deep experience counseling and advising venture-backed companies on general corporate matters

Experience with venture capital financings and liquidity events

Worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
