Junior Deployment Strategist

As a Junior Deployment Strategist, you will partner with customers to guide them through their compliance journey, managing timelines and communications while executing technical tasks with supervision.

Responsibilities

Own customer timelines as part of the broader Customer Operations team for compliance and security deliverables
Proactively manage customer communications, escalating issues before they’re urgent
Shadow customer meetings with confidence and learn to be able to own the meetings outright
Execute technical work with supervision, e.g., setting up infrastructure monitoring, enforcing branch protection, rolling out passkeys
Mirror each customer’s style and tone - become part of their team, not just a vendor

Required

Highly organized and autonomous; you don't wait to be told what to do, and you enjoy getting projects / task lists to completion
Technically fluent: you can navigate cloud environments and source code management systems comfortably; you understand the key components of a tech stack
Empathetic and customer-obsessed, with the ability to handle sensitive or frustrating situations gracefully and quickly
Startup-savvy: you understand the constraints and mindset of early-stage companies
Smart, funny, and good-natured; people like working with you
Someone with one or more software engineering internships, with at least one at a startup
New grad or ~1 year of experience out of college
