The Payroll Tax Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager and assist with tax notices, employee inquiries, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including employer contributions
Process weekly time sheets from the automated time collection system
Prepare and submit tax files to third-party services for statutory payroll reporting
Register new state withholding and unemployment accounts as required
Review and resolve payroll tax notices from state agencies
Support year-end reporting and W-2 processing
Qualification
Required
