Responsibilities

Lead high-impact Discovery workshops to define client use cases and connect unified data to tangible business outcomes
Translate business needs into clear, documented solution blueprints and strategic roadmaps for Data Cloud implementation that lead to ongoing engagements with the client
Own the data architecture and integration strategy, identifying key sources and guiding decisions on data governance and identity resolution
Oversee the build approach, providing technical leadership, managing risks, and ensuring optimal performance of the solution
Act as the Subject Matter Expert, constantly monitoring industry trends and the evolution of the Salesforce Data Cloud product
Mentor client teams and create clear documentation to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and drive high solution adoption

Required

Proven success (5+ years) in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud

Strong Data Architecture skills with experience integrating Data Cloud with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Big Query, Snowflake, Databricks)
Exceptional stakeholder navigation skills, comfortable conversing equally with C-level executives on strategy and technical teams on data structure
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts and articulate strategic roadmaps and use cases to non-technical audiences
Relevant professional certification (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) or equivalent technical background
