Champion patient quality and safety initiatives within the residency program
Represent the Department of Medicine on the Academic Affairs Committee
Provide compassionate and effective patient care
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Qualification
Required
M.D. or D.O. from a recognized medical school
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
New Jersey Medical License, CDS and DEA
3+ years of experience as a Program Director or Associate Program Director
