Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain employee relations policies and procedures

Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues, including documentation and disciplinary actions

Ensure compliance with global labor laws, immigration regulations, and internal policies

Conduct audits and risk assessments related to employee relations, immigration, and HR compliance

Advise employees and managers on employee relations and immigration matters

Draft key documents, including global mobility letters, employee handbooks, and immigration filings

Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance and other teams to align human resources compliance strategies

Monitor and report on compliance metrics and employee relations trends

Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

7+ years of experience in employee relations and compliance, ideally in financial services

Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and compliance standards

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with compliance tools, UKG, Microsoft Office, and HR systems
