Responsibilities
Independently execute engineering designs, studies, and technical calculations
Manage portions of projects or small projects from scoping through final deliverables
Review and develop technical specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates
Conduct and oversee field investigations, construction monitoring, and data analysis
Evaluate and mitigate project risks; contribute to QA/QC processes
Mentor junior engineers and review their work for accuracy and completeness
Serve as a technical liaison with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Support proposal development and provide input on scopes, schedules, and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, or Geotechnical Engineering
5+ years of progressive engineering experience
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; travel as needed
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) and project documentation tools
Solid knowledge of industry regulations, construction practices, and risk management
Effective communication and leadership skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively
