They are seeking an experienced Architect / Designer to work on educational, mixed-use, and healthcare projects, contributing to all phases of development from design presentation to construction administration.

Responsibilities

Develop design options
Produce technical deliverables in BIM
Develop interior and exterior detailing
Perform drawing coordination

Qualification

Required

4-7 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
Excellent analytical and technical skills, including knowledge of NYC zoning and building code, Construction Set development, and detailing ability
Self-starter who is focused, articulate, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Outstanding graphic, 3D presentation, production, and technical skills
Proficiency with Revit; familiarity with other 3D software and Adobe Design Suite
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and fluent in English

Preferred

Education, mixed-use, cultural, and healthcare knowledge preferred
Article 28 experience a plus
