Product Line Manager- Top Drive

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Product Portfolio Document, defining strategies for growth in both Capital and Aftermarket business
Manage product lifecycles through new product development, product rationalization, and competitive analysis
Lead cross-functional product teams, conducting meetings on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis
Establish list prices and market pricing strategies to balance penetration and margin goals; maintain SIP Tier documentation
Review and validate cost and pricing in the quotation system according to pricing policy
Provide forecast inputs for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and align build plans with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain; present recommendations to leadership
Develop quotation templates and product configuration forms
Participate in customer meetings and industry events to promote products and services
Monitor customer cost-of-ownership experience and drive improvements using appropriate organizational processes
Manage the blanket warranty process and review/approve product line bulletins
Provide input on technology and functional value and approve final content for marketing materials and marketing strategies
Qualification
Required

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority
Effective presentation skills
Broad understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of the product line
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Preferred
Engineering or Business degree preferred
