You will have both inbound and outbound call responsibilities each day on your defined customer list
You will develop your own strategy around effective calling campaigns and resolutions
You will be given the tools you need to succeed and support our customers while making a direct impact every day
You will work closely with your team and manager to develop solutions and remedy delinquency matters
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of high volume collections experience
Customer service experience regarding collection issues
Ability to review accounts for correct resolution
Accountability for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Preferred
Prior experience in Mortgage Collections
