Responsibilities

Client Management : Serve as the primary contact for assigned SEO clients, managing communication via Slack, Video, and email
Campaign Execution Oversight: Work with our fulfillment teams to ensure on-page content, backlinks, citations, and Google Business Profile optimization are delivered on time and to standard
Progress Calls: Lead monthly Zoom meetings to review results, educate clients, and discuss next steps
Upsell Opportunities: Identify and recommend additional services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, websites) that align with client goals
Reporting & Analysis: Present SEO data in a clear and actionable way that highlights ROI and supports decision-making
Client Retention: Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication

Required

2+ Years of Experience: Preferably in a client-facing SEO or account management role at a digital agency
Local SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of Google Business Profiles, on-page SEO, backlinks, and citations
Excellent Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms and run client calls with confidence
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple accounts and following through on every client need
Growth-Minded: Motivated to exceed expectations, solve problems, and contribute to a fast-paced team
