Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and digital automation priorities
Partner with executive leaders to identify and prioritize operations transformation opportunities across clinical, operational, and technology domains
Manage a team of three direct reports spanning Analyst, Strategic Operations, and Client Operations roles, providing clear direction, coaching, performance management, and professional development support
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, automate repetitive processes, and optimize resource utilization using AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and advanced analytics
Partner with technology, data science, and product teams to design scalable automation solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
Champion innovation by promoting agile methodologies and empowering cross-functional teams to adopt new tools and processes
Establish KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability
Monitor progress, remove barriers, and deliver measurable ROI tied to efficiency gains and cost savings
Collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical, IT, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment and integration of transformation efforts
Serve as an internal consultant and advisor to senior leaders on best practices in automation, process improvement, and organizational transformation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, health tech, or enterprise operations transformation
Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation best practices
Proven track record of leading large-scale automation and efficiency programs across complex, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to quantify impact and deliver business value
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree
