Education Management
Responsibilities
Supporting our schools in preparing and administering summer learning programs
Reviewing trends and gathering feedback from the field; creating reports and presentations for key stakeholders based on data analysis
Participating in cross-function project teams on initiatives to improve our current processes and provide support to stakeholders
Assisting with auditing organizational data for accuracy and compliance
Become a knowledge expert in multiple CRMs and our HRIS, Oracle
Qualification
Required
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational skills and time management skills
Driven. Someone who can push their projects forward and desire to grow as an HR professional
