Responsibilities

Manage work order close outs on a daily basis
Financial reporting forecast support on a weekly basis
Assist with monthly cycle counts with operations
Assist with fixed asset cycle counts
Perform general accounting tasks including bank reconciliations, accruals, and lease entries
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Handle administrative duties to support accounting operations and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Qualification

Accounting degreeAccounting software proficiencyCost accounting experienceFixed asset accounting experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteAttention to detailProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business related field
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Prior experience with cost accounting
Prior experience with fixed asset accounting
1 year of accounting experience
