Responsibilities
Design and build sophisticated Visualforce pages, custom controllers, and Lightning components using Apex and other Salesforce technologies
Lead the development of complex integrations across the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Create and maintain custom objects, code, and test methods to support various business processes and project requirements
Establish and refine best practices for Salesforce technology deployments, ensuring effective project management and execution
Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand project goals, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver data-driven solutions
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions by managing deadlines and providing clear, consistent communication on project progress
Conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements
Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of complex project execution
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Proven ability to develop custom solutions and integrations within the Salesforce platform
Proficient in Salesforce administration, including User, Role, Profile management, Workflows, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, and Security configurations
Experience with Salesforce Sandbox administration and deployment management
Preferred
Experience in the Wealth Management or Financial Services field preferred
