They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join its Human Resources team, providing support in talent acquisition, onboarding, and general HR administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Contributing to various functions from talent acquisition support, including posting job descriptions in UKG, to partnership management with colleges and universities
Playing a key role in onboarding and engagement by preparing welcome materials, providing support for intern events, and assisting with general HR administrative tasks like filing and data entry
Participating in other special HR-related projects
Engaging in continuous learning and professional growth through practical experience, mentorship, and training opportunities provided within the internship program
Exhibiting positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required
Demonstrating positive leadership, promoting a team-based work environment and presenting the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts
Maintaining client confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Working towards or completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in Business Administration
Valid Ohio Driver's License with a safe driving record and valid insurance
Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including drug screen, physical exam, and tuberculosis test requirements
Successful completion of all pre-employment background checks
