Responsibilities

You will oversee construction and maintenance for all our facilities in North and South America

You will manage real estate budgets exceeding $27M and approve transactions up to $100K

You will administer departmental budgets over $7M

You will work with our Planning and Design team and Regional Facility Managers to set and implement operational objectives

Travel is required

Required

Bachelor's degree or 15 years of experience without a degree

10+ years in facility management or real estate

Valid driver's license and CFM or CPM certification

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
