Major Account Executive
PrismHR is seeking a highly driven Major Account Executive (MAE) to spearhead revenue growth by focusing on targeted Large Enterprise and mid-sized business opportunities. The role involves exceeding revenue targets, managing existing accounts, and collaborating with sales leadership to build strategic plans for growth.
Responsibilities
Exceed revenue targets by value-selling custom fiber solutions and the robust product portfolio to qualified and targeted Large Enterprise prospects
Manage and cultivate relationships within an assigned base of top existing accounts to ensure retention and revenue growth
Collaborate with sales leadership to build an up-market strategy and provide comprehensive account plans for both existing and targeted customers in your region
Maintain a minimum of 5x your target quota in the sales pipeline, utilizing Salesforce to document opportunities, track sales activities, and provide accurate forecasting
Demonstrate a deep understanding of solution selling and business acumen required to sell to all levels of decision-makers, including the C-suite
Evangelize our unique value in the marketplace by demonstrating deep awareness of the competitive landscape, communicating within your professional network, and building brand awareness in the community
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within technology or telecommunications industries, with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
Proficient in leading negotiations, handling objections, and crafting compelling, win-win proposals to ensure timely deal closure
Valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the availability for frequent travel
Candidates must be located in reasonable, commutable proximity to the Charlotte, NC job area
