Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day end-user support and perform tasks including system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data updates
Communicates system changes, timing, expected impact to user experience, and creates training for clients and associates
Build reports and dashboards based on commonly requested information from First Financial teams to improve utilization of digital tools and solutions
Perform business process analysis, gather requirements, and document user stories
Support marketing campaign execution including pulling and loading lead lists and performing campaign setup and configuration
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or analysis and/or related work experience including systems, financial analysis, process design, project management, and product development
1+ years working with client-facing digital experiences, preferably in Financial Services, Retail, or Travel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Experience in customer service or client-facing role
