Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules for MTA, DDC, DEP, and NYCDOT projects
Managing multiple schedules and providing regular status updates to clients
Analyzing schedules to identify risks, delays, and impacts to critical milestones
Reviewing contract documents and construction plans to ensure schedule accuracy and proper sequencing
Creating WBS structures, estimating durations, and identifying dependencies
Evaluating contractor schedule submittals and recommending corrective actions
Preparing schedule scenarios (“what-if” analyses) and supporting delay or claims evaluations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of scheduling experience involving building construction and transportation projects
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business
Must be proficient in Primavera P6
Preferred
Experience with MTA, DEP, DDC, and NYCDOT agencies is strongly preferred
PSP Certification is recommended
