The Field Layout Engineer will be responsible for providing layout for various construction elements and ensuring accurate measurements and communication with project teams.

Responsibilities
Verify the accuracy of measurements and calculations conducted at the construction site
Coordinate control points & work and schedules with project team, General Contractor & Subcontractors
Review drawings and layouts for accuracy of measurements etc
Effectively communicate with BIM Team, Project Superintendent’s, Project Managers and Field personnel
Work closely with Operations Management on the request of resources required to meet project schedule
Promote total quality and customer satisfaction by acting as liaison between customer and field management to ensure that project work is completed per customer expectations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficient in the use of Robotic Total Station hardware and software
Ability to verify the accuracy of measurements and calculations conducted at the construction site
Ability to coordinate control points & work and schedules with project team, General Contractor & Subcontractors
Ability to review drawings and layouts for accuracy of measurements
Effective communication skills with BIM Team, Project Superintendents, Project Managers and Field personnel
Ability to work closely with Operations Management on the request of resources required to meet project schedule
Ability to promote total quality and customer satisfaction by acting as liaison between customer and field management
Preferred
Some form of AutoCAD or Revit experience
