Responsibilities

Partner with the President and North America Leadership Team to define, prioritize, and execute regional strategic plans aligned with global priorities
Conduct market, competitive, and customer analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
Lead strategic planning cycles, business cases, and executive-level presentations that support data-driven decision-making
Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives, including M&A evaluations, business development, and operational transformation projects
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to improve regional performance
Monitor progress against key strategic goals and recommend adjustments to ensure continued alignment with business objectives
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and influence outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or business transformation
Proven success leading strategic initiatives within healthcare, MedTech, or consumer industries
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with a data-driven mindset
Confident communicator and influencer, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments
Experience in a global, matrixed organization with the ability to lead without formal authority
Willingness to travel up to 30%
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Preferred

MBA or equivalent advanced degree
3+ years at a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, Kearney) highly preferred
