Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain cloud environments, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance

Oversee the deployment and configuration of applications on AWS and other cloud platforms

Automate routine tasks and optimize cloud operations for better performance and cost efficiency

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar

Collaborate with development teams to support software delivery cycles and orchestrate build/test/release stages effectively

Implement and monitor security best practices for cloud infrastructure and services

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as applicable in client environments

Create and maintain documentation related to cloud configurations and operational procedures

Generate reports on cloud performance metrics for stakeholders and clients

Required

3+ years of experience in cloud operations or DevOps roles

Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud technologies

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies

Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation

Basic understanding of networking concepts and security best practices

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certifications
