Responsibilities

Engaging with business/functional team in providing best fit technical solutions

Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Detailed patching and system parameter configuration of servers and landscape

Doing Archiving and Security patching

Experience in Problem management, Root cause analysis and Trouble shooting skills

Performance matrix and troubleshooting requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting

Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations

Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes

Knowledge of Transport Management concepts and processes

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology

This position may require travel to Project / client locations

This role may Involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). Hence the eligible candidates must be US citizens or Permanent Residents only. In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to 'U.S. persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees

Preferred

At least 7 years of experience in Detailed patching and system parameter configuration of servers and landscape

At least 4 years of experience in doing Archiving and Security patching. SAP ERP on HANA, SAP SLT, Content Server on MaxDB, SAP AII & SAP cFolder on Oracle, SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway

Experience in Problem management, Root cause analysis and Trouble shooting skills

At least 4 years of experience in knowledge with SAP ECC, BW, GRC, Solution manager both ABAP and Net weaver Java Stack systems with SQL, Max DB Databases

At least 4 years of experience in performance matrix and troubleshooting requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting

Analytical and Communication skills

Planning and Co-ordination skills

Knowledge of Solution Manager Alert setup (Technical Monitoring and configurations) customization. Knowledge of other functionality within Solution Manager is beneficial but not required

Manage freeze periods, emergency changes, retrofit activities and decommissioning of systems during the upgrades and Migrations

Knowledge of Release Management concepts and processes
