Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, Realtors, and referral partners
Advise clients by identifying the best loan programs for their needs
Guide borrowers through the application, approval, and closing process
Review income, assets, credit, and documentation for accuracy
Work with Operations, Processing, and Underwriting to ensure smooth closings
Manage your pipeline using our LOS/CRM systems
Provide consistent communication and exceptional client service
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on market trends
Source new business through networking and relationship-building
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor / Loan Officer (retail strongly preferred)
Proven track record of self-sourced or referral-based production
Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products
Excellent communication and client advisory skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with LOS/POS/CRM systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Active NMLS license in good standing
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
