Responsibilities

Leading or assisting with the planning, design, and implementation of Epic modules like EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart. This includes customizing the system for the FQHC's specific needs
Analyzing workflows to identify improvements and translate those into technical solutions within Epic
Creating training materials and providing support to staff on using Epic applications
Providing on-site support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues
Assisting with data conversion and using Epic reporting tools for analysis and compliance
Managing system updates and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA
Serving as a link between staff, IT, and vendors to ensure project alignment

Required

Experience with Epic EHR systems, ideally including a full implementation cycle

The ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment

Preferred

Epic certification
Experience in an FQHC or similar environment is a plus
