Sales Channel Partner Manager USA & Canada
Secolve is a fast-growing specialist cyber security company focused on uplifting cyber security awareness across critical infrastructure organizations. The Sales Channel Partner Manager will drive growth and partnerships for their OT security awareness training platform in the Canadian and US markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell our cybersecurity training platform in Canada & USA
Identify and engage potential customers across critical infrastructure sectors such as Energy, Water, Mining & Manufacturing
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Build and manage channel sales partner relationships to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
Present and demonstrate our training solutions to key decision-makers, highlighting the value proposition
Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and execute targeted campaigns
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team based in Sydney, Australia
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, recruitment or training solutions
Ideally a strong network and understanding of the cyber security ecosystem in Canada or USA
Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
Experience in B2B sales, especially with large enterprises
